Ahmed Fridi, GlobalFoundries, presents his talk on a Low-Power Fully Integrated 76-81GHz ADPLL for Automotive Applications with 150MHz/μs FMCW Chip Rate and -95dBc/Hz Phase Noise at 1 MHz Offset in FDSOI.
