Laszlo Koczy

Biography

<p>IEEE and Computational Intelligence Society member Laszlo&nbsp;Koczy, Ph.D., is a professor at&nbsp;Budapest University of Technology and Economics, on the&nbsp;<span>faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics. His research interests include<span>: fuzzy sytems, optimisation, fuzzy rule extraction and model fitting by population based meta-heuristics.&nbsp;</span><span>Projects he works on include: fuzzy communication and collaboration of intelligent robots, evaluation of telecommunication end-connections by fuzzy rules and wavelet transformation, modeling management systems by fuzzy cognitive maps, evaluation of objects and renovation planning by fuzzy signatures and fs state machines, &nbsp;and discrete optimisation by meta-heuristics (traveling salesman, bin-packing, etc.).</span></span></p>
