IEEE-HKN Member Hermann W. Dommel is presented with the Eminent Member Recognition Award at the 2014 EAB Award Ceremony held in New Brunswick, New Jersey on November 22, 2014. This Award is very exclusive only have been given to 134 individuals since 1950 and was established as the Society’s highest level of membership. Hermann W. Dommel has absolutely earned his spot in IEEE history by the immense amount of work he has done and the impact he has had on the world. He is extremely well known in the power community was is often thought of as the “Father of EMTP”.
