IEEE  Theodore W. Hissey Outstanding Young Professional Award is given for contributions to the technical community and IEEE fields of interest, sponsored by IEEE Young Professionals, Photonics Society, Power & Energy Society is presented to Kartik Kulkarni for contributions to the technical fields of transactions and in-memory databases, as well as for enabling young professionals working on technologies for sustainable development.
