The IEEE Magnetic Society is committed in raising interest and awareness in STEM education. As part of our social outreach efforts, the German Chapter of the Magnetic Society has created the Traveling Magnetism Lab (TML) project. The TML is a self-contained portable magnetism laboratory for high school level physics education. It will travel around the world teaching students about basic magnetic phenomena through simple interactive experiments that can be integrated into the education curriculum. Doing so, we aim to excite young generations about the intriguing physics of magnetism, and connect students of all nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds through learning and scientific curiosity.

If you are an educator interested in receiving the TML, please contact us at: tml-germany@ieee.org
