IEEE Honors Ceremony: Those we recognize here tonight had the vision, the ingenuity, and the persistence to make their dreams a reality. The first year that the IEEE Vision, Innovation, and Challenges and Honors Ceremony was held. The event consisted of visionary talks by technical experts and the highlight was the award recognitions at the evening event - The Honors Ceremony. There were 23 Award recipient's recognized, and there were 10 technical talks and two MC's. It was held on Thursday, 25 May at The Palace Hotel, San Francisco, California, USA.
