Remote Sensing in Community Forestry - GHTC 2012 Sessions - Eric Kaiser & Kimberly Roberts
Two major issues for society are food security and water security. These challenges increase due to factors such as population growth and climate change. While solutions are needed on a global scale, many times the problems need to be addressed at the local level. The panel will thus address water and agriculture as both local and international issues and relate their experience and thoughts about improving long-term access to food and water.
