IEEE-HKN Member Changzhi Li is presented with the Outstanding Young Professionals Award at the 2014 EAB Award Ceremony held in New Brunswick, New Jersey on November 22, 2014. This award was created in 1936 to recognize young electrical engineers (and those in related fields) whose service to mankind is manifested not only by achievements in purely technical pursuits, but by other means as well. Changzhi Li was chosen to receive this award because of his work with designing and building RF microwaves focused on non-contact detection of human activities and vital signs, designing a low power Portable Radar device that can track a tumor through the body of leukemia patients, and more. He also holds 3 U.S. patents and has been published more than 140 times. Changzhi Li is very deserving of this IEEE-HKN award. For more information about Eta Kappa Nu, look for us on the web at www.hkn.org or contact us at info@hkn.org.
