You hope IEEE overhead can be reduced to lower your burden.

Diversity is our strength and you want fair participation in leadership.

You want better personalization of service.

You want better engagement with IEEE using a simple app... anytime anywhere.

All of these are what I plan to do. 

Let's keep IEEE strong as a member driven volunteer-based international community.
