Have you ever wondered how to motivate and empower a team? Have you ever faced extremely challenging goals as a team and wondered “How will we ever get through this”? This discussion will be built around insights of an executive leader and her experiences being a minority leader in a large organization. She will walk through key lessons she has learned along her leadership journey and how humility played a large role in her success. Additionally she will tie several key principles of leadership to significant outcomes in the organizations that she has led starting with listening to the organization and rolling up her sleeves to remove obstacles that affect performance.
