This portion of the presentation covers topics such as Eclipse.org (its roots, purpose, and abilities), a framework for IoT innovation, device management and the standards that are needed, Open-Mobile Alliance (OMA) and protocols for a new world of mobile devices. This presentation was given at the IEEE World Forum of Internet of Things in Milan, Italy in December 2015.
