Collaboration project between the IEEE Region 3, Florida West Coast Section, University of South Florida student branch, University of South Florida Computer Society student chapter, and the IEEE Region 9, Peru Section, Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco student branch. USF and UNSAAC have partnered with the IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee and IEEE Region 8, Germany Section, Special Interest Group on Humanitarian Technology (SIGHT) to host this talk by Dr. Christoph Baer.
