The IEEE KIYO TOMIYASU AWARD recognizes outstanding early to mid-career contributions to technologies holding the promise of innovative applications, sponsored by the late Dr. Kiyo Tomiyasu, the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, and the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society is presented to ZHU HAN (FIEEE)—John and Rebecca Moores Professor, Dept. of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Houston, for contributions to game theory and distributed management of autonomous communication networks.
