In a keynote address presented to the 2020 IEEE 5G World Forum plenary session, Monisha Ghosh from the US Federal Communications Commission discusses spectrum allocations, including the FCC’s 5G FAST Plan to allocate spectrum in high, mid, and low-bands as well as unlicensed use.
