Dr. Winslow Sargeant, Former Chief Counsel for Advocacy for the US Small Business Administration (2010 - 2015), speaks on his experience as an engineer, and the role of government in technology. Dr. Sargeant has also served at the National Science Foundation, and earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
