Ronald Hasenberger is Principal Consultant at Bell Labs Consulting (Nokia) in Vienna, Austria, helping its customers to improve the operations of communications networks. This involves a great deal of work defining metrics, finding reference values from industry and interpreting differences. Ronald has also helped to set up and operate several benchmarking exercises from the definition of metrics to be used gathering the metrics and deriving insights from raw data. He has been an active contributor to the Metrics and Indicators committee of IEEE Planet Positive 2030, providing insight into the way technologies like Internet of Things (IOT), digital twins and machine learning contribute to the development of useful metrics and indicators.
