Session Description : IEEE CLE (Center of Leadership Excellence) is a one-stop training platform which trains existing/upcoming volunteers to understand the opportunities, role description and responsibilities through the brief training courses before occupying any role in IEEE. VoLT (Volunteer Leadership Training) is one of its own kind to enhance and support the volunteers to build a strong community to build future leaders. This presentation will provide you with an idea to navigate your volunteers in the right direction. Also gets familiar with the training resources available with IEEE. This presentation will project the region-wise statistics and their active involvement in volunteer training. We aim to reach out to all sections across the globe to join hands and work together to grow IEEE.

IEEE Sections Congress, the triennial flagship event hosted by MGA, brought together volunteer leaders from every member country to share ideas and solutions. IEEE Sections Congress 2023 was an in-person event.
Volunteer leaders worldwide met in the Shaw Centre, Ottawa, Canada, to exchange ideas and learn about the products and programs IEEE offers to members in their local areas.
There were dynamic and engaging networking sessions to exchange ideas and best practices. IEEE organizational units offered exhibit booths to provide information on IEEE resources and tools to strengthen and support vital units.
IEEE volunteers and members attended Sections Congress 2023 from 11-13 August 2023.
