Prof. Wu discusses progress in the scalable nanomanufacturing of tellurene, an emerging 2D p-type material pioneered for high-performance device applications.
In this video abstract, Prof. Wu discusses progress in the scalable nanomanufacturing of tellurene, an emerging 2D p-type material that has been pioneered for high-performance device applications. Results show that air-stable tellurene exhibits a plethora of intriguing properties that are appealing for applications in electronics, optoelectronics, quantum devices, and wearable sensors.
These advances demonstrate the potential uses for 2D tellurene in future electronics.
