Pramod Chaudhary is currently serving as the Head – Engineering, E-Mobility at Varroc Engineering Limited, India. Mr. Chaudhary is a visionary engineering leader with over 22 years of experience in electric vehicle powertrain development and automotive systems engineering. As Head of E-Mobility at Varroc Engineering Limited, he has built and scaled a 100+ member multi-disciplinary E-mobility engineering organization from inception. As an IIT Bombay and IIM Kozhikode alumnus, Pramod has played a pivotal role in pioneering “Make in India” EV powertrain systems for two- and three-wheeler segments. His expertise spans traction motors, power electronics, controls, and advanced technologies including HRE-free magnet solutions and model-based development. He has authored/co-authored 13 technical papers and holds 5 granted patents in the EV powertrain domain. Pramod is a recognized thought leader in sustainable mobility and frequently collaborates with leading OEMs, global suppliers, and premier academic institutions.
