Stefan Ritt is a particle physicist and currently head of the Muon Physics Group at the Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland. He is well renowned for his development of the MIDAS data acquisition system, the ELog electronic logbook and the DRS4 Switched Capacitor Array ASIC. He is active in the IEEE NPS Society, where he was President 2017 to 2018 and now chairs the Educational Committee.
