5 - Days Faculty Development Program

The 5-Day Faculty Development Program on “Industry-Aligned Teaching for Future-Ready Students” is an initiative by IEEE Madras Section, Panimalar Engineering College, and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), aimed at empowering educators with modern, industry-relevant teaching practices. Hosted at Panimalar Research Park, the program is designed to bridge the gap between academic instruction and real-world industry expectations.

Through expert sessions, interactive discussions, and practical insights, the program focuses on innovative pedagogy, outcome-based education, curriculum alignment, and skill-oriented teaching strategies. Participants gain exposure to current industry trends, effective teaching methodologies, and approaches to prepare students for emerging technological and professional challenges.
