ISSCC 2012 - Eli Harari Plenary

Co-Founder and Former CEO and Chairman (retired) of SanDisk Corporation, Eli Harari, presents a plenary speech at the 2012 International Solid-State Circuit Conference. The ability of Flash to sustain growth will hinge on new and innovative System-Flash solutions, including advanced Solid-State Disk and embedded Flash that will be custom-tailored for specific usage cases.  Flash will enable new cloud-based business models by enhancing user-experience of the mobile network.  By 2020 NAND and post-NAND 3D Flash will eclipse all other storage media, whether semiconductor, magnetic, or optical, thereby completing a history of technological transformation.
