Armin Roesch

Biography

Armin did his apprenticeship at FEAM between 1964 and 1968 at HASLER AG in Bern and continued with technical studies in Burgdorf between 1970 and 1973. He started amateur radio in 1972 when he obtained his callsign HB9MFL. From 1973 to 1995 he worked as HF engineer working with handheld radios and wireless telefones. He joined the PTT working on directional radio in the access network untill 2000. He became the head of RC313 and NW041. Between 2000 and 2015 he was the SBB radio platform manager.
